The homeowners purchased our waterproofing system and 3 pumps for their basement in 2011. It was notorious for flooding. Once they had the system in place they no longer had a problem. However time to time as we all know things need serviced. They called our office and were concerned that the pump was working overtime and would like it to be checked.
Jennifer, our service scheduler, was prompt to get Jason, our service technician, out to their home. He then did a full inspection of the pumps and let the customers know all they needed was a replacement battery. Which was free of charge since they had kept their warranty up to date. He was in and out in a timely matter. He assured them that everything was running smoothly.
