Reputation and your reviews. I did choose Ohio Basement Systems over the competition. No other company took more than 30 minutes to give me an estimate. Chuck explained everything to me in detail. Craig did the same thing before the installation. I know exactly how and what was done to take care of my basement issues. Everyone else suggested starting from the outside to stop the water infiltration, but would not directly answer my questions about how to repair the basement walls. Ohio Basement Systems is more expensive, but because of their methods, the value of my home has increased. It's true - you get what you pay for. Thank you to everyone at Ohio Basement Systems!

This 1968 Canfield home was developing cracks in the foundation. Which can let in rain water and snow melt. In these photos, you can see the cracks in the walls and the power braces that were installed to keep any more damage from occurring.
This crawl space was musty and damp, creating a smell in the rest of the home. We sealed it with our cleanspace vapor barrier and installed a crawlspace sanidry dehumidifier system.
Basements are the most underutilized part of the home. The owners of this Uniontown house wanted to transform theirs into a comfortable living space. In these photos, you can see the transformation from cold, dark, storage area to a bright, warm, beautiful multi-purpose living space.
This Novelty home needed fresh flooring for their family room. Chuck walked the homeowner through their free estimate and shortly after Andy and his crew came out to install the flooring. This room looks great with its update look.
This homeowner previously had carpeting installed in their basement. With a significant amount of rain they were soon finding they had water infiltration and started noticing mold forming on and around the baseboards and carpet. After our waterproofing expert determined where their problem was stemming from, our crew installed a patented WaterGuard system around the perimeter of the basement and then added our amazing faux wood MillCreek Flooring. All of the flooring our company uses never contains organic material, this reduces the risk of mold growth should a homeowner experience any kind of water damage. i.e. internal pipes bursting.
This homeowner was having issues with her crawlspace getting moisture. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to keep out any moisture. We also installed our SilverGlo Insulation. This insulation helps keep heat in the crawlspace and brightens up the crawl space as well.
This Galion, Ohio home had a beautiful finished basement. The only thing these homeowners were looking for was a flooring solution to allow for carpeting of their choice that would eliminate the worry of it ever getting ruined from the moisture and dampness that can sometimes occur in the basement area. ThermalDry Matting provides an air space under the floor and a thermal break from a cold slab, creating a subfloor that will not rot, grow mold, or get damaged from a leak.
