The business was responsive to my needs, communicated clearly and promptly. The team (Wynn and Mike) that did the work was efficient and thorough. They told me what to expect (noise, time). They did the work then explained it to me in a way that I can understand. They cleaned up and left the place cleaner than it was before. He was so professional and was able to get us financed at a reasonable rate and payment plan.The team of professionals they sent to do the job was so professional, understanding, and seemed like genuine people to have in your home. I was thoroughly impressed with their work. They work very well as a team. They are super respectful. They speak and greet you with a smile. They were fast and efficient. They even cleaned up after themselves. They were patient with explaining everything so I understood what their job entailed. Chris Shewell was our technician for todays annual system inspection, which is now two years old. He thoroughly inspected the system and components, tightened our wall anchors and floor jacks to the appropriate levels and reconfigured several things to offer better operation of the sump pump and commercial grade dehumidifier. His knowledge and professionalism were much appreciated and we will request his service each and every year moving forward. After experiencing water in our basement 4 separate times in a single month, we called Ohio Basement Systems and they promptly returned our call and scheduled a visit within 3 days. We were impressed by the company’s lifetime transferable warranty. We were able to schedule the work within 2 weeks and we’re fortunate to have the very professional and knowledgeable crew of Rashawn, Ovid and Cody. They were a pleasure to work with and our dog is really going to miss them!
