Today Ohio Basement Systems announced it has joined the nation’s largest privately-owned foundation services company, Groundworks Companies.

Ohio Basement Systems (OBS) is the fourth company this year to join Groundworks and marks the fourteenth to join within the last three years. As OBS sought opportunities for their company and employees to grow, Groundworks’ belief that the quality of a company’s work should determine their ability to grow proved to a major catalyst in the decision to partner.

Mike and Gayle Rusk founded Ohio Basement Systems in 1999. They have built an award-winning team of professionals and a reputation as the top basement and foundation services expert in Northeast Ohio. Alongside their new sister company, Ohio Basement Authority, the two powerhouses of Ohio now have the ability to serve the entire state. In addition to allowing them to better serve Ohioans, the employee base will have the ability to not only grow within the current organization but also the ability to seek new professional opportunities throughout the nation under the 11 brands of the Groundworks banner.
