From beginning to end, my experience with Ohio Basement Systems was very pleasant. Matt Thomas was my salesman and was very knowledgeable, although I never heard from him after the initial visit. Originally I was only getting a sump pump but as the work progressed, we found my water issues were much worse than expected. My crew of David H, Trenton, and Daijon were excellent. David went over and above to finish this project working long hours after the others went home. I would highly recommend this company.
