Experience was excellent from the first contact. Michael, the Salesperson was knowledgeable and good at explaining the work to be performed. Pricing was as expected. Work crew of Larry, Rashawn and Richard did a very nice job. Area of work was very clean at end of job. John the electrician came the next day and improved the electrical supply for the equipment. He too did an excellent job. Thanks to Ohio Basement Systems for a wonderful experience.
