Re surface and re paint concrete basement floors. Paint basement walls. Need advice on small confined spot of mold on drywall near basement stairs from leak via roof down exhaust chimney. Leak was repaired near chimney/furnace exhaust. Can you also remedy this small area of mold as part of your services?
